Sifu Michael Cardinale has been involved in martial arts training for over 20 years, currently he specializes in Shaolin 5 Animal Kung Fu and T’ai Chi Chuan. In 2005 he earned the rank of Sifu in shaolin kung fu but has trained in tang soo do, karate, American boxing, judo and jiu jitsu. With a broad knowledge of the martial arts types and realistic self-defense techniques, he brings a wealth of information to the classroom. Sifu loves to share his knowledge and teaches with passion and excitement in both group martial arts classes and one-on-one settings.
Sifu Cardinale has taught a variety of people and has been honored to work with individuals from every branch of the armed forces, police, fire department and federal government. Sifu always goes above and beyond with community outreach. He is enthusiastic to educate the public in self-defense and he has held seminars for schools, grades 1 – 12, churches, and the Department of Public Safety. In addition, Sifu involves himself in charity events such as St. Jude’s Kick-a-Thon to Raise Money for Cancer Research.
Nicknamed “the Gentle Giant” Sifu cares for and respects each student he shares his life with. He believes his greatest accomplishments come from helping students grow. Martial arts training teaches respect, sincerity, self-control, and values, helping people improve their careers, school grades, personal relationships, confidence, and self-image.
